Two dams will be to cross in feet, we manage the passage of boats.

The river addresses the beginners, the families, the groups but also in the most confirmed which can choose the kayak to evolve in a privileged decoration.
You have the possibility of discovering the river in a group framed by a guide if you wish.
For any descent plan:
- Of what quench thirst (minimum 1,5 L of water a person
- Plastic or old shoes tennis, well squeezed(tightened) laces: avoid absolutely any kind of not closed shoes (tap-dancing, flip-flops etc.)
- Swimsuit, pair of shorts, T-shirt,
- Spectacled cordon or a former(old) pair to avoid the loss in the water,
- Bath towel,
- Dry extra clothes,
- Sun protections of all kinds (cream, glasses, cap, etc.)
- A picnic or a meal
Hors-saison : Plan jogging, polar, pullover or sweat-shirt and cuts wind. Also think of taking extra stuff to change you on arrival.
En été : The reverberation level with the water is very intense in summer, do not forget to take sun protections
